Howard Vineyard is a family-owned estate combining the beauty of a working vineyard with thoughtfully designed event spaces for up to 150 guests.

Their ceremony space is centred around the estate’s magnificent oak tree, one of the most recognisable wedding backdrops in the region. Perfect for ceremony entrances, the long walk to the oak tree is surrounded by manicured gardens that overlook the rolling vines. It’s the kind of setting that feels special from the moment your guests arrive.

You’ll be pleased with the variety of inclement weather options available here. When the evening rolls around, Howard’s heritage barn takes centre stage. Crafted from local stone and thoughtfully restored, the space pairs rustic textures with a polished finish, making it suited to elegant long-table receptions, modern styling concepts and, of course, lively dance floors!

We absolutely loved our ceremony location at Howard. The space is so beautifully maintained, and you can truly tell how well it's cared for. The grounds are stunning every single angle was picture-perfect.

We also felt so reassured having multiple weather options available, which made the whole planning process so much easier. It was the most magical place to say "I do". We honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect reception. The food was absolutely delicious so many of our guests are still talking about it! Howard Vineyard was the most perfect spot. It created such a magical feel - a lot of people commented that the ceremony was their favorite bit of the day and it was because of the set up - the long walk, the green grass, the big tree, all so well looked after.

The reception venue looked and felt perfect! I have received SO much positive feedback about the food! Everybody has raved about it and said they need to go back to try it again. Everyone felt full which you don't often get at a wedding and found the food all delicious which was amazing considering it was catering for 90 people. The vegetarian option was also brilliant!

The ceremony space at Howard is so beautiful!

Getting married under a huge oak tree was so special, and the shadows late in the afternoon means there is a fair bit of shade too. They manage to keep their grounds spectacularly green during summer too. We loved it!

Breathtaking ceremony spot at Howard Vineyard, plus their whole grounds had amazing spots for photos and many other spots where ceremonies could occur.

The staff were wonderful. The coordinator made sure it all ran perfectly. Nearly every single guest told us that it was the best wedding food they've ever had in their lives, and everyone wants to come back to eat there more often now! How they mass serve food that incredible is mind blowing! Most of our guests also thought that the canape food after the ceremony must've been their meal for the night, as they were so well fed in that time. The venue was spectacular- another element that everyone raved about. The staff were friendly, helpful and made sure everyone's glasses were constantly full. Every person working there was willing to go above and beyond. We could not fault anything! What an amazing team of staff. Staff also ensured us, the bride and groom, were well fed even when we were roaming around from one photo spot to the next.
