Sitting pretty on the historic site of Landcross Farm, this property was once a sheep farm and features stone buildings dating back to 1860, that have now been restored to their former beauty. These buildings are surrounded by sprawling lawns, native banksias and gum trees, and rows of sloping vineyards.

The Gribble Green, also known as the lower lawn, offers spectacular views of the valley, leading all the way to the foothills of Willunga. This space offers the perfect natural backdrop for your ceremony, or for a reception under the stars. This location is also ideal for a large marquee, comfortably seating up to 200 guests on long tables.

Enclosed by old stone walls & clear blinds, Wheaton Pavilion is a historic barn conversion overlooking the gardens and vines. This barn space lends itself to a formal seated function or a casual cocktail-style function with scattered wine barrels. The Pavilion can comfortably seat up to 120 guests on two long tables.

Ridley Strip is the lush lawn area above the pavilion which boasts a glorious trellised vine and a sunken slate-paved corner. This is a great space for an outdoor dance floor, a relaxed breakaway area with rugs, cushions and lounges, or even for lawn games!

As a VENYU exclusive, Paxton gives you the best of both worlds, offering their wine and beverage packages in conjunction with the venue hire, but allowing you the freedom to choose your own catering suppliers. There is a centrally located catering area that has running water, power & access to a space for mobile fridges, ovens & other catering equipment.
