About
A little piece of Riverland history has been given a whole new life in Bugle Hut. Originally built as the Bugle Institute in 1917 and used as a community gathering place until its closure in 1957, The Bugle Hut is a heritage space that has been lovingly brought back to life by the Fisher family, creating an intimate and relaxed venue for weddings and celebrations.
Whist it has now been beautifully restored, the building’s original character is still very much part of the story. Original stone walls, sash windows, high ceilings and exposed timber beams showcase the charm of its community-hall past, while polished concrete flooring adds a clean, contemporary touch.
Outside, a large, level area gives couples plenty of room to make the celebration their own. Permanent festoon lighting creates an vibrant atmosphere for enjoying cocktails, canapés, dancing and enjoying those spectacular Riverland sunsets celebrating with your favourite people.
The Bugle Hut is all about flexibility. As a dry hire venue, couples have the freedom to bring in all the suppliers, styling and details that reflect them, whether that means keeping things simple and laid-back, or creating something completely!
It’s a wedding venue with plenty of personality, but no prescribed way to celebrate. Just a beautiful heritage space, a relaxed Riverland setting and the freedom to make it completely yours.
At The Bugle Hut, celebrate the future in a piece of the past.
