The impressive casa (Spanish for home) blends Spanish warmth, Tuscan elegance and Moroccan character into one breathtaking home, rich with texture, colour and atmosphere. This beautiful estate, which was once the main residence of the Hooper family, is now available to a select number of couples for their dream coastal wedding. Designed first and foremost as a home, Casa Del Mar carries a genuine charm rarely found in purpose-built wedding venues.

Hand-painted and terracotta tiles, an eclectic collection of artwork adorning the walls, and a curved staircase complete with intricate wrought-iron balustrade are just some of the interesting details you can expect. Its colourful personality is woven through the entire property, giving couples the feeling they are stepping into somewhere deeply loved, lived-in and entirely unique.

Inside, the pièce de résistance is the conservatory style dining room, with floor and ceiling windows, appropriately named the Glasshouse. This iconic space is gloriously warm, even in the depths of winter, and offers stunning views of Waitpinga and Encounter Bay. The Glasshouse is perfect for intimate ceremonies and small-scale receptions, and for couples looking for an even more intimate space, they offer micro-elopements in their Gazebo.

The expansive grounds at Casa Del Mar provide endless possibilities for open-air ceremonies, long-table receptions and relaxed celebrations beneath the stars. Framed by dramatic coastline and rolling hills, the natural surroundings create an ever-changing backdrop that is wildly untouched, yet feels somehow intimate.

Accommodation onsite allows couples and guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience. The main residence sleeps up to 12 guests, while two additional dwellings Bluestone and the Gazebo provide space for a further 8 guests, making the estate ideal for extended wedding stays and slow, meaningful celebrations shared with your loved ones.
