Real Wedding | Paracombe Premium Perry
When hunting for their perfect venue, musicians Michaela and Reid wanted a relaxed and rustic country wedding, and when they found hills venue Paracome Premium Perry here on VENYU, they immediately fell in love.
We chatted with Michaela and Reid about their day and they shared some beautiful moments with us, including some of their fun photos!
What was your vision for your wedding day?
Our vision for the style of the wedding was rustic country class. We wanted the everything to be happy, cheerful, effortless, as well as incorporating who we are into the day. I had always envisaged sunflowers being the centrepiece for the ceremony, which worked well against the bridesmaid’s black dresses.
Did you include any special personal touches?
Both of us being country musicians wanted to incorporate that style into our day. The music theme was prevalent at our reception with custom vinyl record table names and our ‘guest book’ was a black acoustic guitar for guests to sign their autographs.
What did you think of Paracombe Premium Perry as a venue?
We chose Paracombe Premium Perry as it had a beautiful rustic feel to it. It was peaceful and the perfect for the size of our wedding. Food was amazing, and there certainly wasn’t any shortage of it. Damien and the team were an absolute dream to work with and they made us feel at total ease.
What was your favourite moment of the day?
As cliché as it sounds, marrying my best friend! But to be honest, the whole day was just awesome. From my Dad walking me down the aisle, to the amazing food, to the company of our loved ones.
