As a dry-hire venue, you’re free to bring in your own caterers, bar offerings, furniture and styling team. To make things easy, Quince Brook includes a generous selection of furniture, along with bar staff and glassware, so once the drinks are sorted, the rest is completely up to you! The property is a photographer’s dream, with softly undulating hills, fallen gum trees, weathered ruins near the creek and golden light that seems to last forever. Their purpose-built American-style barn offers a stunning all-weather option too, featuring polished concrete floors, exposed beams (ideal for floral or lighting installations), skylights, timber cladding and built-in lighting. It comfortably seats up to 130 guests for ceremonies or receptions.

Post-ceremony, guests can sip drinks on the festoon-lit deck overlooking the property, or spill out onto the lawns beneath the gums. Catering is refreshingly easy, with ample room for food trucks and a dedicated kitchen space for professional caterers. Located just minutes from Strathalbyn, accommodation is plentiful for guests, while couples can retreat to luxe neighbouring villas for the night.
